About Life Coaching

The coaching process enables an individual to be the best that they can be; to completely fulfil their potential, to achieve their dreams, to create a balance in life and so be a more happy and contented person.

A life coach is someone who supports, encourages, and plans with you.  A coach will investigate life-options with you and will stand by you whilst you take those vital steps towards your dream.

Coaching is a unique connection between two people. A common misperception about coaching is that you will be advised what to do and when to do it.  A coach will never advise or instruct. Careful and skilled questioning techniques are used to lead you to discover your own truths and answers; finding your own unique way of achieving your goals.  The process takes you on a life changing journey of self discovery.

Coaching is a learning process.  The process leads you to discover truths about who you really are.  Previously held conditionings and beliefs are examined and, if necessary, let go of; self-esteem and confidence are built through carefully planned goal setting.

Ultimately, coaching will enable you to become self-correcting.  You will learn to generate your own questions, altering your own behaviours and finding answers.

Achievements don’t need to be just about accomplishing something in our career or gaining something material; it might be a state that a client would like to work towards.  For instance, to be happy, contented, peaceful or healthy.
